Wetlands and Wildlife Festival returns to Pine Bluff nature center

PINE BLUFF — The Arkansas Game and Fish Commission’s Gov. Mike Huckabee Delta Rivers Nature Center will again host its annual Wetlands and Wildlife Festival from noon to 5 p.m., Oct. 28. This family-friendly celebration of conservation is a great way to enjoy an afternoon with family and friends learning about all the outdoors has to offer.

LITTLE ROCK — Hikers, cyclists and other outdoors enthusiasts in central Arkansas may notice a few changes along their favorite path from Two Rivers Park in Little Rock to downtown North Little Rock. The Arkansas Game and Fish Commission recently completed updating 13 signs along the Arkansas RiverTrail to freshen up the artwork and ensure all information on the signs is up-to-date.

HOT SPRINGS — The Arkansas Game and Fish Commission’s Fishing Education Program is joining forces with USA Bass and USAngling to put on a special youth fishing education event during the upcoming 2023 Pan American Bass Fishing Championship 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Sept. 9 at Andrew Hulsey State Fish Hatchery on Lake Hamilton.
