AGFC Commissioner meeting notice

You are hereby notified that Commissioners of the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission will meet on the following dates and times to consider any business that may be brought before the Commission. Unless otherwise stated, meetings will be held at the AGFC offices, 2 Natural Resources Drive in Little Rock.

Northwest Arkansas nature center groundbreaking scheduled for Nov. 2

The Arkansas Game and Fish Commission will host a groundbreaking ceremony for the planned Northwest Arkansas nature center on Nov. 2. The ceremony will be held in Springdale on the 61-acre site along Spring Creek, near the intersection of Interstate 49 and Wagon Wheel Road, beginning at 3 p.m.

Maynard to oversee all AGFC Nature Centers

Leadership within the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission's Education Division has chosen Eric Maynard of Pine Bluff to assume the role of Assistant Chief of Education, overseeing the AGFC's well-known nature centers throughout the state.

Northwest Arkansas Nature and Education Center Plans Taking Shape

Split Rock Studios, a Minneapolis-based company that focuses on exhibits and displays for facilities such as the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission’s nature centers, will meet with AGFC officials Wednesday, April 26, to discuss ideas for the proposed Northwest Arkansas Nature and Education Center in Springdale.
