Mallards haven't visited Arkansas in the usual numbers in 2020-21, as this year's count in the AGFC's Midwinter Survey in the state's Delta region came in as the second lowest since formal surveys began in 2009-2010, and the total was 45% of the 2010-2021 long-term midwinter survey average.
