STUTTGART – Arkansas Game and Fish Commissioners heard reports on the AGFC’s wetlands and waterfowl management programs at today’s scheduled meeting in Stuttgart. The timing of the subjects was on point as the meeting was sandwiched between the Commission’s Stuttgart Town Hall Meeting, where waterfowl were a key focus of the public, and the opening of duck season in The Natural State.

AGFC firing range offers free passes with license purchase

MAYFLOWER — If you’re looking for a place to sight in your rifle or knock the rust off your shotgunning skills before duck season opens, the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission’s Dr. James E. Moore Jr. Camp Robinson Firing Range has a special deal to promote license sales and shooting sports. Any customer who purchases a hunting license at the range will receive free passes to shoot.

Trout stockings return to community ponds for Thanksgiving

Habitat condition reports at WMAs and GTRs begin next week
